Pennsylvania Securities Regulator Allows 6 More Months to Complete New ADV

The Pennsylvania Securities Commission has posted an Order allowing Pennsylvania-registered investment advisers until September 30 to file the new Form ADV Parts 2A and 2B.  Such firms have until October 30 to deliver the forms to clients.  SEC-registered advisers with a 12/31 fiscal year were supposed to have filed the Part 2A by March 31.

OUR TAKE: If you are state registered adviser and you missed what you thought was the March 31 deadline, check with your state regulator.  Pennsylvania advisers, as an example, were given 6 more months.
